I have enjoyed Bob Stonewaters guide service for 6 or 7 years. Have always caught a lot of nice bass. Many in the 6 to 8 lbs. range and a few 9 lbs. I have enjoyed going fishing with Bob along with friends, my brother, sons and and son with grandson. It's a real opportunity to spend quality time with friends and family. On our first trip my son caught a 10 pounder. The St. Johns river system, where Bob does most of his guiding, is a beautiful place to fish because you can also enjoy the abundant wildlife. You will see eagles, osprey, egrets, gators, river otter, wild turkey and even manatee. Bob will always take you where the fishing is best, on the river or one of the lakes in the system. I would, and have, recommended Bob to anyone that wanted to enjoy a memorable fishing trip using live shiners for large bass.
